SHOP RULES (READ BEFORE PURCHASE)

▪ Every item is completely handmade, so it could have small differences from the listing photos.

▪ Once the item has been shipped, I am not responsible for delays, damages or issues, but I'll do what I can to help resolving them.

▪ WORKING TIMES: Any items usually takes around two months to be shipped, but please keep in mind working times can be affected by the amount of orders and it can take more time than expected.

▪ REFUNDS: I offer full refunds only if asked during the first 7 days from the order date.

▪ DAMAGES: I am not responsible for any damage the item could presents when it arrives (this is up to the courier services) or any other damage the mask could get by using it. All I can suggest is to store it in the right way as written in the instructions you'll find with the item.

▪ I own the copyright on all my items, reproduction and recasting is prohibited.

▪ If you have any problem with an order or item, please contact me before leaving a bad review.
